Things to consider:

You will attend college for 1 week, work with us on site for 5 weeks, repeat through the year. 

The candidate is to arrive at the job site at 6.50am.

The candidate can make their own way to the job site (preferred), or they can meet at the pick up point for a lift in the morning and drop off after work.

Pickup time is between 6.10am and 6.40am, depending on the current job.

Pickup & drop off point is either: The Windmill Pub, Holehouse Ln, Whiteley Green, Macclesfield SK10 5SJ, OR, Toby Carvery Macclesfield, London Road, Adlington, Macclesfield, Cheshire, SK10 4NA, depending on where the current job is.



Training Outcome:

Our aim is to offer successful apprentices a full-time position at the end of their training.

There may also be opportunities to progress onto a Level 3 apprenticeship or another construction related qualification.

We are a growing renovation and property maintenance specialist covering Cheshire and Lancashire, and we are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Apprentice to join our team.

This is a great opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining practical experience across a wide range of building, repair and refurbishment works. You will develop skills in areas including kitchens, bathrooms, plastering, plumbing, electrical works, decorating and general property maintenance while working alongside experienced tradespeople.

You will be involved in real projects from day one, learning how different aspects of construction and maintenance come together to deliver high-quality results for our customers.

You will work towards your Level 2 Property Maintenance Operative Apprenticeship Qualification at Macclesfield College while building valuable skills and experience for a long-term career in the trade.

Working Hours :
Working week: Monday - Friday. Arrive on site for 6.50am. Minimum 30 hours, average 40 hours per week.
