Financial Services Administrator Apprentice

Answer phone calls, emails ensuring clear and professional communication to clients and providers. Prepare agendas and materials for meetings and take minutes if required. Organise and schedule meetings for our Mortgage and Protection Advisor. Maintain databases and ensure records are up to date and easily accessible. Assisting the Mortgage and Protection advisor in the application process for mortgages and protection policies. Greet visitors and clients, making sure they are attended to promptly. Managing and processing mortgage paperwork, such as loan applications, credit checks and contracts. Updating clients on the status of their mortgage applications and any required documentation. Handling the administration of protection insurance policies such as life insurance, critical illness cover and income protection. Perform other duties as required to ensure the office runs office runs efficiently.Training:
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
