Apprentice Service and Maintenance Technician

Follow a schedule to test and maintain all heating, ventilation and water systems correcting any faults you may find Read and understand engineering drawings Use the Building Management System to control and monitor the electrical, heating and ventilation systems Use small hand tools such as hammers, saws, screwdrivers etc. Implement essential safety procedures before working on systems Assist with minor electrical maintenance Work with other trades and gain experience from their knowledge Develop strong customer service and client relationship building skills

Training:
You will attend college to complete the Building Services Engineer Service and Maintenance Level 3 Apprenticeship In addition, you will regularly attend in house training and development as part of the programme

Training Outcome:
Once qualified there is the potential of a permanent position within the company If you successful gain a permanent position there are many opportunities to advance your career

Working Hours :
Shifts are Monday to Friday between 07:00- 18:00 dependent on the project.
