Property maintenance apprentice

Carry out Portable Appliance Testing at customer sites within London. Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance visits at customer sites within London. Occasionally assist in other departments such as installation and facilities management.

Training:

This apprenticeship is delivered as a day release at our site in Stratford, E15. You will be required to attend college once a week. Level 2 Property Maintenance Operative Behaviour, Skills and Knowledge.

Training Outcome:

It is expected that successful; candidate to progress and be trained to carry out Emergency Lighting and Fire Alarm testing. Opportunities to assist in facilities management side of company.

Working Hours :
37.5 hrs per week. Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm. 1 hour lunch break.
