Horticulture Landscaping Operative Apprentice

Assisting with soft landscaping duties including turfing, planting, seeding, and mulching Carrying out grounds maintenance tasks including mowing, strimming, hedge cutting, and pruning Preparing sites and setting out for landscaping projects Safe use and basic maintenance of tools and machinery Following health and safety procedures at all times Working effectively as part of a team and supporting senior operatives Attending college as required and completing all coursework towards the Level 2 qualification

Training:

Training will take place 4 x days per week at the workplace, with 1 x day release to East Durham College, Houghall Campus, once every two weeks.

Training Outcome:

Potential full-time employment upon sucessful completion of the apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm (half hour lunch). Possible chance of overtime.
