Personal Assistant Apprentice
Acting as a first point of contact; dealing with correspondence and phone calls
Managing the MD’s diary and scheduling meetings and appointments
Prepare and organise documents, reports, and correspondence
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
Organising events and conferences
Taking minutes, preparing reports and presentations
Support general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and ordering office supplies
Liaising with staff, clients and suppliers
Handling requests and queries appropriately
Support with the company’s overseas recruitment management
Training:
Business Administrator Level 3
As part of your apprenticeship, and dependent on your prior attainment and age, you may be required to complete English and maths Functional Skills which is an integral part of your apprenticeship
Upon successful completion you will be awarded additional certificates of recognition for these qualifications
Training Outcome:
Please note this is a fixed-term contract until January 2028.
