Early Years Educator Apprentice Level 3

Under the guidance of teachers, the successful candidate will be involved in working with individuals or small groups of children to support the education, personal and social development of pupils and establishing positive relationships to assist pupils complete structured learning activities.

Duties may include:

Support to implement learning activities working with individual or small groups of pupils Support to assist the development of varying skills that support pupils' learning Support in producing learning resources Support to assist in pupil supervision Support in monitoring and recording of pupil progress and developmental needs Reporting pupil progress to the teacher Work within the schools policy and procedures Working to the relevant apprenticeship standard/framework and completing work in a timely manner To the accountabilities above, the apprentice may be required to undertake any of the duties normally

Training:
The apprentice will have an Early Years Development Coach assigned to them for their length of the apprenticeship The training will be taking place at the nursery and the Development Coach will have 121's with you on a monthly basis

Training Outcome:
Once you have completed the Level 3 and become full and relevant then your next step would be Room Leader and complete the Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner

Working Hours :
Monday- Friday 8.30am- 4.30pm for 6 months and then hours will increase to 40 hours per week
