Customer Logistics Apprentice
Accurately process all customer purchase orders, electronically and manually with the support of digital tools.
Act as a key contact for supply chain enquiries (via phone, e-mail and Microsoft Teams) relating to part numbers, pricing, product availability, delivery status, product identification and basic compatibility.
Maintain first-class phone availability with minimum customer waiting time.
Strive to achieve and maintain departmental KPI targets including call reachability of > 98.5% and >99% sales order accuracy.

Working Hours :
8am - 5pm, Monday - Thursday. 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm, Friday.
