Business Administration Apprentice

What you will learn: 

A range of business administration techniques, procedures and regulations learning from experienced professionals, gaining hands-on industry experience, and developing the skills needed for a successful career in engineering within a high-quality aerospace manufacturing environment.  
 
Key Responsibilities 

Answering telephone calls and responding to emails professionally  Greeting visitors and providing excellent customer service  Managing electronic and paper filing systems Preparing letters, reports and other business documents  Maintaining accurate records and updating company databases  Supporting colleagues with general office administration  Scheduling meetings and managing diaries where required  Processing incoming and outgoing correspondence  Using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook- Assisting with data entry and producing reports  Learning company procedures and maintaining confidentiality Following health and safety procedures and company policies

Working Hours :
Monday to Thursday, 7.15am - 4.15pm. Friday, 7.00am - 12noon. One day per week set aside for work-based study.
