Business Administrator apprentice

Support the Governance, Risk and Performance Team across the three disciplines, with a primary focus on governance administration, meeting support and the effective operation of Ocean Housing’s governance, risks and performance framework. Provide administrative and coordination support for internal governance groups, and OHL Board and Committees with diary management, collation of papers, minute taking, action tracking and maintaining accurate governance records. Contribute to effective governance, risk management, performance monitoring and regulatory assurance across the organisation. An apprenticeship position within the Governance, Risk and Performance Team, providing structured learning and practical experience in business and governance administration, meeting support, risk management and performance monitoring within a registered provider of social housing. The role will support the post holder to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for the relevant Level 3 apprenticeship programme, with a strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality, organisation, communication and professional stakeholder support.

Training:

You will be working towards a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard.

You will be required to attend Cornwall College St Austell on a fortnightly basis as part of the apprenticeship training.

You will receive on and off the job training and support from an assessor and your employer.



Training Outcome:

The right candidate may be offered a permanent position following completion of their apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday-Friday, 8am/9am - 4pm/5pm.
