As Senior Duty Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the hotel, coordinating departments to ensure a seamless guest experience across all areas of the property while acting as the main point of contact during your shift, handling guest queries, supporting operational teams, resolving challenges efficiently, and maintaining the highest standards of service.
