Assistant Accountant Apprentice

Main Responsibilities: 

Maintaining effective relationships with clients  Preparation and review of monthly, quarterly year-end limited liability, partnership, and sole trader accounts  Preparation and review of VAT returns  Preparation of Corporate and Personal Tax returns  Maintain and update Xero accounting specialist software  To carry out various administrative tasks as required

Training:

As part of their Apprenticeship, the successful candidate will complete off-the-job training; dedicated learning that takes place during paid working hours and focusses on developing the skills and knowledge needed for the role. This includes structured activities such as workshops, online learning, shadowing, and practical training, ensuring they gain the full competence required to excel in the position while contributing effectively to the organisation.



Training Outcome:

Opportunity to progress within the organisation and gain further AAT qualifications for the successful candidate.
