Business Administrator Apprenticeship

You will mainly support the recruitment function, helping with day-to-day administration and candidate processes, while also gaining exposure to other areas of the business.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Sift and review CVs for current vacancies Carry out right to work and ID checks Support recruitment administration and maintain accurate records Arrange interviews and communicate with candidates Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally Update files to internal systems Prepare documents, letters and recruitment packs Support onboarding and compliance processes Assist different departments with general administration tasks Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

Training:

Business Administrator Level 3.

All training will be delivered within the workplace.



Training Outcome:

To transition into a full-time administrative support position within the organisation. Future development and opportunities across the business will also be fully supported.

Working Hours :
Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, and Friday, 9:00am to 4:30pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break each day.
