The Client:

Our client is a leading load carrier for transport and storage companies, serving many of the leading UK supermarkets, national retailers, distribution, and logistics companies, Due to contnues expansion, they are recruiting a Business Development Manager to cover the area of Wooden Pallets.

The Role:

As a Business Development Manager, it is essential that the candidate possesses experience in trading and selling wooden pallets, selling to a wide range of business sectors including retail, warehousing, logistics and distribution sectors as well as end-user companies.


? You will be Developing existing and new accounts in the UK.
? You will be negotiating contracts and close orders.
? You will work closely with direct colleagues and other departments to always achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
? You will be commercially aware and quick to respond to factors that affect the business, by maintaining strong knowledge of competition, products, pricing, procedures, and sales force.


? Previous experience in trading and selling wooden pallets
? 1-3 years of successful experience in a B2B market.
? Experience working with retailers, 3PL distribution companies in the material handling sector.
? Willing to travel and have a full UK licence.
