Fashion Finance Production Coordinator

Location: London, UK - Hybrid

Salary: £18 p/h - £20 p/h (depends on experience)

Temp to Perm

My client works with some of the UKs leading luxury fashion clients.

They are looking for an individual who is willing to take on further training and development within the company.

You will be assisting the Agency Finance Director and Agency Producer.



Key Responsibilities:

? Prepare, send, and file sales and purchase invoices
? Reconcile monthly financial statements for Company bank accounts and credit cards (GBP, EURO, USD)
? Accounts Payable: paying suppliers and service providers
? Accounts Receivable: chasing clients for payment and logging sales invoices
? Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
? Prepare and file all receipts pertaining to artist assignments i.e fashion shows, shoots, personal appearances, and consultancies (Job Wraps) following the Agency internal processing systems
? Handle vendor forms for new clients
? Ensure the Agency CRM database is up to date with Client Information
? General administrative duties including shipping documents/samples overseas as well as UK


Essential

? 1- 2 years accounting experience
? Interested in pursuing a career in artist management and production for luxury fashion clients
? Excellent knowledge of Excel
? Excellent data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
? Excellent knowledge of G:Drive and Google Suite/Workspace
? Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems for MAC


Beneficial:

? Xero experience is desirable
? Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable experience is desirable
