People Operations Apprentice

Support the onboarding process by preparing contracts, issuing employment documentation and maintaining employee records across our People platforms Assist with compliance activities including right to work checks, DBS renewals, professional registration checks and audit preparation Provide high-quality administrative support across key people processes, including contractual changes, probation reviews, working parent cases and offboarding activities Deliver excellent customer service by acting as a first point of contact for colleague and manager queries through the People & Culture inbox Ensure employee data remains accurate and up to date across all People systems and platforms Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support wider People & Culture projects as required

Training:
Location: Turnford, Hertfordshire, 2 office days per week Apprenticeship: Online

Training Outcome:
Potential full-time permanent role Progression to Level 4 apprenticeship Further professional qualifications

Working Hours :
Monday- Friday, 9am- 5pm with one day per week off-the-job training, 2 days in office, 3 days work
