Business Development Manager

Dove & Hawk are working alongside a well-established, world class serviced office provides with offices all over London.

They are on the hunt for a Business Development Manager to join the City of London office and win business to continue taking the company in the right direction.

Requirements of the role:

Ability to work within a fast-paced and ever-changing role, while maintaining a clear strategy and bringing stability to your team
Communicating daily both verbally and in written format with potential clients and suppliers, showcasing companies values
Achieving workstation and occupancy targets and owning a commercial relationship with clients moving forward
Ensuring new business is written within a legal, commercial and financial structure, that is prior approved by the CEO
Preparing and conducting viewings across the company portfolio and following up with documentation and paperwork
Build strong relationships within the Broker and agent community, through networking events organised by you and your team
Utilising and understanding software systems to present sales data internally and externally
Overseeing client movements for renewals, expansions, downsizing and yielding
Working with finance to continually update the consolidated forecast for the portfolio

Ability to close a deal

Salary: Basic, £35,000-£60,000 + Quarterly and Annual Bonuses!Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm.
