Working with worldwide partners, the way they are delivering their finished projects to customers has changed and they are looking for you to bring your import and export knowledge to the wider team.

This is a stand-alone role and an opportunity for you to really make a difference, shaping how the company delivers.

If this sounds daunting don't worry there is external support in place as and when required.

Responsibilities include:

- The initial point of contact for all International partners
- Processing of all Orders
- Negotiate with Freight Forwarders and Couriers for quotes and arrange the collection of shipments
- Preparing Export documentation for international shipments
- Ensuring goods are delivered in an efficient and timely manner
- Checking all Commodity Codes are correct
- Set in place Export processes to ensure we are Export and Import Compliant with HMRC

Candidate Profile:

- Good knowledge of Export and Import procedures
- Good IT Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good all round administration and compliance experience
