Our client are a well known multi disciplinary design consultancy who are working with a Global leader in public transport infrastructure.
The Successful applicant will be a Consent Coordinator for watercourse and drainage consent applications (FRAPs/OWCs etc).
This candidate would ideally have experience in preparing consents.

However, could consider anyone with flood risk/environmental experience.
We are now seeking to strengthen and grow our Environmental and Engineering team, initially working as part of our Main Works Civils High Speed 2 project team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Consents Coordinator to further their career in a highly motivated and inspirational environment.
Main Duties

Responsible for securing statutory consents, prepare consent documents, working with Local Authorities, statutory bodies and other transport authorities
Developing and maintaining the project consents register and all required consents are applied for in accordance with the project programme.
Managing and coordinating the application, negotiation and implementation of all necessary consents
Provide technical guidance to discipline teams
Develop innovative solutions to consent problems
Responsible for mentoring and development of staff
Responsible for the allocation of work to designers including utilisation
Collaborate with international technical design teams in the delivery of consents.

Experience

Managing packages related to designing infrastructure securing statutory consents, prepare consent documents, working with Local Authorities, statutory bodies and other transport authorities
