Due to the continued growth of our client, Centric Talent is recruiting experienced Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers / Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established business in Bolton, one of the UK's leading suppliers of bathrooms and bathroom fittings.

This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity offering full-time hours, overtime opportunities, and the chance to join a successful and growing business.

This is a hybrid Driver / Warehouse Operative role, so when you are not out completing deliveries, you will be based in the warehouse supporting the wider team with day-to-day warehouse duties. We're looking for someone who enjoys variety and is happy to get involved wherever needed.

Pay Rate
£12.93 per hour plus monthly performance related bonus opportunitiesOvertime paid at enhanced rates after 40 hours workedMonthly pay Working Hours
This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Shift start times include:
5:00am - 1:30pm5:30am - 2:00pm6:00am - 2:30pmFlexibility is essential, as finish times may vary depending on delivery routes.
Your Responsibilities
As a Multi-Drop Delivery Driver / Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:
Delivering bathroom products to a range of customersCompleting around 20 deliveries per dayDriving vehicles up to 3.5 tonnesCarrying out vehicle safety checks before and after each shiftLoading and unloading goods, including heavy itemsProviding excellent customer service at every deliveryCompleting delivery paperwork accuratelyWorking closely with the transport and warehouse teamsOccasionally completing longer-distance delivery routesSupporting the warehouse team when not out on deliveriesGeneral warehouse duties as required to support the operationWhat We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Previous experience driving 3.5-tonne multi-drop delivery vehiclesPrevious warehouse experience is desirableA full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points (for insurance purposes)Good knowledge of the UK road networkExcellent communication and customer service skillsA reliable and professional attitudeThe ability to carry out manual handling and heavy liftingA flexible approach and willingness to support both the driving and warehouse teamsWhat's in It for You?
