We're recruiting Refuse Loaders to join a busy local authority waste collection team based in Kettering.

The Role Working as part of a refuse collection crewLoading household and commercial waste onto collection vehiclesAssisting the driver and crew to complete daily collection roundsMaintaining a safe and tidy working environmentOutdoor work in all weather conditions What We're Looking For Reliable and punctualPhysically fit and comfortable with manual workAble to work as part of a teamPrevious refuse or outdoor labouring experience is beneficial but not essential What's on Offer ✅ £14.13 per hour✅ Monday to Friday work – weekends free✅ 6:00am starts✅ Double pay on Bank Holidays✅ Ongoing, full-time opportunity✅ Weekly pay
