Are you a Paralegal looking for a new challenge? My client is on the lookout to appoint a Housing Disrepair Paralegal to join their Housing Management department, based in Leeds.

My clients Housing Management team has experienced significant growth over the last couple of years and is now one of the largest housing management in the UK.
They pride themselves of delivering high quality advice and positive client relationships.
As a Housing Disrepair Paralegal the role will include:
Drafting County Court claims
Witness evidence
Liaising with Counsel and the Courts
Undertaking research on more unusual or complicated cases
Preparing trial bundle indexes and bundles
Drafting costs schedules for hearings
Arranging case conferences, witness meetings and conferences with Counsel
Ensuring compliance with litigation deadlines
County Court advocacy on routine matters
To be considered for this role, you will have upwards of 6 months+ experience, knowledge and understanding of the court process and housing law and have a genuine interest in social housing.
Experience of working with landlords is essential and experience of housing disrepair work is desirable but some training will be provided.
