This is a new hire for them, they’re looking for a COO with an amazing financial understanding that will be heavily involved in the company's strategic direction and ensure that operations produce the desired financial results.

The CFO/COO will be involved in the entire life cycle of each property, from due diligence to disposition, and will serve as the critical conduit for corporate/property/ownership communications and financial and operational matters.Key Responsibilities:       ·          Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures       ·          Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth        ·          Establish and manage robust processes for all operating functions of the business with a particular emphasis on finance, all elements of IT and support infrastructure, and HR.        ·          Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, HR, Finance etc.)       ·          Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication       ·          Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics       ·          Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance       ·          Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)       ·          Manage relationships with partners/vendorsKey Requirements:        ·          Vast work experience as Chief Operating Officer with large luxury hotel gorup        ·          Master’s degree in business administration, hospitality management or hotel management        ·          CPA will be highly regarded        ·          Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc        ·          In-depth understanding of hotel accounting rules (USLAI) and their practical applications        ·          Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, accounting software, and relevant hotel-industry software & programs        ·          Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development        ·          Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills        ·          Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solvingInterested in hearing more?
