Apprentice Colleague Experience Co-ordinator

What you’ll be doing

Supporting colleagues and leaders with day-to-day HR queries and administration Maintaining accurate records across HR systems, ensuring data is up to date and compliant Assisting with key processes such as right-to-work checks and DBS applications Working closely with payroll to support accurate and timely payments Supporting the coordination of colleague lifecycle activities, including onboarding and changes Gaining exposure to HR processes, including absence, performance and employee relations activities Identifying opportunities to improve processes and sharing ideas with the team

Training Outcome:

This is an 18 month fixed term contract with progression pathways available to all Apprentices after successful completion of EPA.
