All general yard duties required:
Mucking out / Keeping yard tidy Turning out / changing rugs Grooming / tacking up Clipping Plaiting Lunging Show PreperationTraining:
Equine Groom Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard:
All training will be carried out at the employer's premises, supported by the employer, and carried out by Haddon TrainingTraining Outcome:
Upon completion of the apprenticeship, the successful candiate may have the opportunity to enrol onto the advanced (level 3) apprenticeship or to join Natalie Allen as a full-time member of the team.
Employer Description:
I am a professional International Dressage rider and trainer based at my own yard in Warwickshire, where I train, compete and produce Dressage horses. I am passionate about horses and I look forward to the future. I am currently running my own yard Edgehill stud I compete Dressage horses for owners and I train clients My Long term aim is to compete at the olympic's I understand this requires lots of hard work I feel I have the drive and determination to succeed to reach my goal. I am very lucky to have a great support team including the worlds best trainer Carl Hester .
Working Hours :
Working days to be discussed with the employer, but expect weekend work.
