Fabric Engineer (No Call out)

Fabric Engineer - FM Service Provider - Commercial Office – Euston Square - £33,000 - NO CALL OUT  Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated near Euston Square.

CBW is currently recruiting a Fabric Engineer to look after two commercial office buildings next to each other near Euston Square.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of most general fabric trades such as basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting etc.

Working alongside the maintenance team on site, he or she will be required to carry out all aspects of fabric planned and reactive maintenance across the site In return the company is offering a competitive salary of £33,000, overtime and further training.

Key duties & ResponsibilitiesLighting (Lamping, etc)Emergency lighting testsBMS System - Monitor (i.e.
