A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in the City of London.

CBW is currently looking for a Mechanical Shift Engineer to be based in a commercial building in Tilbury, Essex.

The successful candidate will be Mechanically biased with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out, mechanical, and fabric maintenance to the following.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £41,000 for further training and career progression.

Duties & Responsibilities:Atlas Capco compressor plant repairs and maintenance (Plants like ZR4/ZR6/VSD compressors and dryers)Carry out site inspections.

PM, SI, Data recording, reports etEmergency lightingAir Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)Chillers - Re-setWater Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)Plumbing - Unblocking toiletsPumps, motorsWater TreatmentBMS System - Monitor (i.e.
