Internal Account Support

Holt Recruitment are currently looking for an Internal Account Support.

This role is working for a busy manufacturing company in their offices based in Poole. This position is not remote.
Monday-Friday 8am-5.00pm - 1 hour for lunch
There may be times when it is required to work unsociable hours
£25,000-30,000 depending on experience
PERMANENT ROLE
Key Responsibilities include:
- Proactively work with customers and potential customers
- Outbound and inbound telephone calls and emails
- Managing customer accounts and processing orders
- Responsible for ensuring that every order is fulfilled within the correct time frame.
- Coordinating the allocation and movement of stock
The successful candidate will have:
- A good understanding of business processes and the supply chain
- The ability to be organised and coordinate and prioritise workload.
- The ability to compose emails in a professional manner
- Skillset to work well as a team and individually
