Taking care of technical matters around the hotel (bathtubs, light switches, installing lamps etc)Coordinating the maintenance plansReporting hazards and accidents in the workplaceIn contact with external contractors and suppliersDo building and room inspections to ensure everything is according to standardsMentor other colleaguesIn contact with housekeeping and front office to arrange repairments
What are we looking for?
Hands on personalityPrevious experience as handy-man or technicianDetailed oriented about repair work in guest rooms and public areasAware of safety measures
