Requirements for this role include:

A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years or ChildcareA strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child developmentA caring, patient, and nurturing approachExcellent teamwork and communication skillsThe ability to plan engaging educational activities that support learning and developmentA genuine passion for working with children

Your Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can learn, develop, and flourish.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing high-quality care and supervision for childrenPlanning and delivering engaging learning experiencesSupporting children's physical, emotional, social, and intellectual developmentPromoting children's wellbeing, safety, and welfare at all timesFollowing safeguarding policies and proceduresBuilding positive relationships with children, parents, and colleaguesEncouraging children's confidence, curiosity, and independenceMaintaining exceptional standards of hygiene, health, and safety throughout the setting
