General Manager – Contract Catering – Leicestershire – Up to £40,000

We're recruiting a General Manager to lead a busy contract catering operation supporting a major construction project in the Midlands.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Catering Manager or General Manager looking for a stable, long-term role with genuine progression opportunities. You'll take full ownership of the operation, leading a team, managing client relationships and ensuring a consistently high-quality food offer for approximately 500 customers each day.

With a Monday to Friday operation, daytime hours and a project expected to run for at least another three years, this role offers excellent stability and work-life balance!

The Role

Lead the day-to-day operation and site team.Build strong client and stakeholder relationships.Ensure a consistent and attractive food offer.Manage labour, food costs and site budgets.Review sales, reports and financial performance.Deliver themed days, events and site engagement activities.Drive service standards, compliance and customer satisfaction.Support the team with a hands-on leadership approach.

About You

General Manager, Catering Manager or Deputy Manager experience.Strong contract catering or B&I background.Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
