Technical Apprentice – Mechanical Services Engineer

As a Technical Apprentice, you will support the commercial and project delivery teams on live projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with estimating tasks, including take-offs, enquiries, and tender preparation Supporting procurement activities and coordination of labour, materials, and subcontractors  Organising and maintaining project documentation and technical records Assisting with risk assessments, method statements, and handover documentation Providing general technical and administrative support to estimators and project managers

Training:

This role will be delivered alongside the Advanced Building Services Design Technician Apprenticeship (Level 3), provided through South & City College Birmingham (SCCB) on a day-release basis.

Training Outcome:

Successful completion of the apprenticeship offers the opportunity for permanent employment and continued career progression within the business.

Working Hours :
Office Based Monday to Friday shifts 9am - 5pm.
