Recruitment Operations Support Apprentice
Working closely with the Operations Team, you will gain valuable insight into the operational side of recruitment while also supporting consultants throughout the recruitment process. This role is heavily administration-focused and would suit someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and interested in learning how a successful recruitment business operates behind the scenes.
You will develop skills in compliance, safeguarding, candidate management, recruitment systems, and business administration, whilst gaining exposure to candidate sourcing and talent acquisition activities.
What will the apprentice do at work?
Supporting the Operations Team with day-to-day tasks. Completing candidate compliance and safeguarding checks. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring candidate files are up to date. Managing recruitment databases and supporting data management processes. Supporting apprenticeship recruitment pipelines and talent programmes. Processing documentation and ensuring compliance standards are met. Supporting candidate communications via telephone, email, and recruitment systems. Assisting consultants with candidate sourcing and talent attraction activities. Mapping candidate markets and building talent pipelines. Supporting the recruitment process from application through to placement. Formatting CVs and preparing candidate profiles. Learning how recruitment technology and systems are used to support business operations. Providing general business administration support across the wider team.Training:
Full training will be given leading to a recognised Apprenticeship Standard- Recruiter Level 3 On-the-job training will be delivered by the employer with the training provider support Off-the-job training will be delivered by the training provider in partnership with the employer The apprenticeship is delivered entirely on the job, meaning there is no college release time required. All training and development will take place within the workplace during your working hours
Training Outcome:
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity to progress into a permanent role within the business.
This position offers excellent long-term development opportunities, including progression into Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition, Compliance, Operations, or Recruitment Support roles. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of both the recruitment process and the operational functions that underpin a successful recruitment business.
