Apprentice MIG Welder

Main roles and responsibilities:

Participate fully in MIG welding training sessions conducted at TBI Manufacturing Learn to interpret welding blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders Assist in the preparation of metal surfaces and welding equipment Perform basic welding tasks under close supervision Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with health and safety standards Develop knowledge of different welding materials and techniques used in production Support the team in day-to-day fabrication tasks as required

Training:
The learner will be studying the Engineering Operative Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard qualification Day release to West Suffolk College

Training Outcome:
Opportunity for full-time employment upon successful completion of apprenticeship
