Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship – Elsley Primary School

Main Duties:

Support pupils with SEND in lessons, small groups and 1:1 sessions Assist in delivering learning activities and targeted interventions Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development Encourage positive behaviour, independence and self-confidence Help monitor, record and report on pupil progress Work collaboratively with teachers, parents/carers and external professionals Contribute to classroom organisation and learning resources Support safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion across the school Take part in wider school life and activities

Training:
Completion of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship standard Regular mentoring and support from experienced staff Ongoing progress reviews and development meetings Training to support classroom practice and professional development

Training Outcome:
Potential full-time employment for the right candidate upon successful completion of the apprenticeship
