Welding and fabrication apprenticeship
Assisting with metal fabrication and assembly projects
Learning welding techniques and safe working practices
Cutting, shaping, drilling, and finishing metal components
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Operating workshop tools and machinery under supervision
Measuring and marking materials accurately
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
Supporting experienced fabricators and welders on site and in the workshop
Inspecting completed work for quality and accuracy
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Training Outcome:
Successful completion of the apprenticeship may lead to a permanent position within the company as a Fabricator/Welder. As skills and experience develop, there will be opportunities to progress into senior fabrication roles, workshop supervision, site management, CAD/design support, or specialist metalwork positions. Ongoing training and professional development will be encouraged throughout your career.
