Training:
International Freight Forwarding Specialist Level 3
One to one support Deliver coach via teams meeting and work shops Off job training (no college release)

Training Outcome:
Full-time contract and progression within the company to take chosen pathways, ongoing support and training to achieve personal career goals Progression and opportunity for Line management status
