Quality Administrator Apprentice
Working within the AS9100, ISO9001 Manufacturing & ISO17025 Laboratory Environment and adhering to all process, procedures and local work instructions of the Quality Management System as applicable to role and duties below:
Collating, reviewing, approving and uploading part certification data to customer portal systems to ensure timely and conforming product certification Logging, creating and uploading concession requests and processing concession Customer disposition. Review of all closed Route cards to ensure that all operations have been completed and the document has been completed correctly and that the corresponding interactions on Mie Trak have been completed Management, audit and maintenance of the company quality inspection record archive to ensure that all relevant data is recorded, legible, available and readily retrievable on request Assisting the Inspection Team Leader in compiling of work load data and KPI’s to assist the daily visual management meetings Any other administrative tasks within the capability of the employee as required by the Quality functionTraining:
This is a Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship which is delivered over an 18-month period You will be required to attend an initial induction period and training workshops at the training site, In-Comm Training Services in Aldridge, WS9 8UG, followed by monthly assessor visits to you in your company
Training Outcome:
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there will be a full-time position available within the company

Working Hours :
Monday to Thursday, 8.00am to 5.00pm. 8.00am to 1.00pm on Fridays.
