Apprentice Metal Fabricator/Welder

 Manufacture bespoke steel products and structures. Duties include measuring, drilling, cutting Assembling framework and pipework Supporting welding and fabrication activities. You may also assist with occasional customer site visits when required.

 

This role offers the opportunity to develop practical engineering skills while working towards a Level 2 Engineering Operative Apprenticeship.

·       L2 Diploma in Engineering Operations (Skills)

·       L2 Certificate in Engineering Operations (Knowledge)

·       L2 Functional Skills English and maths (if required)

 

 

Delivery Method

 

Currently delivered at Stephenson’s college on block delivery

 

·       Diarised visits from dedicated Trainer/Assessor

·       Attendance to Stephenson’s college for Functional Skills (if required)

Training Outcome:

Potential for full time employment once qualified.
