Taking calls from Staffordshire County Council customers throughout Staffordshire and beyond. Thinking on your feet and solving issues first line. Developing our self-service customer portal to improve the customer experience and drive down support demands, and much more!

Training Outcome:

Following successful completion of your apprenticeship, you may be able to apply for a permanent position at Staffordshire County Council (depending on role availability).

Working Hours :
08:00 - 17:00 (Monday to Thursday) and 08:00 - 16:30 (Friday). Successful candidates to be based on-site full-time for the first four weeks of their role for training and development purposes.
