Maintenance Engineering Apprentice
Carrying out fault finding, problem solving and planned and preventative maintenance on all manufacturing assets
Minimising down time
Support all aspects of continuous improvement
Takes care of the electrical and mechanical settings, documenting them where possible
Performs certain measurements, adjustments, tests, and calibrations
Make suggestions and propositions to improve the installations and to increase plant availability, quality, and safety
Respects Company policy concerning health and safety during activities
Able to work under your own initiative with minimum supervision
Training:
This programme is delivered via a day release delivery model which means that one day per week, your attendance is required at our Engineering Campus
This attendance is required during term time only
You will work with expert assessors and tutors to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours within the profession
You will experience a blended learning model
Training Outcome:
For the right candidate who successfully completes this apprenticeship, there may be the opportunity to progress their career with the company

To complement fabrication, we have a team of skilled engineers to undertake structural assemblies ranging from small details to highly complex components. Product families range from munitions, fuel connectors, and brackets to large structural ribs and stringers, to complete leading edge and trailing edge solutions.
Working Hours :
Monday to Thursday 0700hrs to 1600hrs Friday 0700hrs to 1200hrs
