Groundworker apprentice

Assist with digging trenches for pipes and drainage Help install water and sewer pipes Prepare and clear construction sites Support laying foundations and concrete works Backfill and compact soil after pipe installation Follow health & safety procedures at all times Work as part of a team on busy construction sites Learn to read basic plans and measurements Use hand tools and basic construction equipment Gain on-the-job training in groundworks and utilities

Training Outcome:
Successful completion of the apprenticeship will lead to a full-time Groundworker role, with opportunities to progress into senior or specialist positions and continue further professional development
