FCU Engineer / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – Commercial Building – Bank, London – £46,000

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an experienced FCU Engineer / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a prestigious commercial site in Bank, London. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of Fan Coil Units, HVAC systems, and associated mechanical plant across the building.

This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically qualified engineer with a strong background in commercial building services, particularly Fan Coil Units, Air Handling Units, and HVAC maintenance. Key Duties & Responsibilities

Planned and reactive maintenance of Fan Coil Units (FCUs)FCU filter changes, coil cleaning, valve replacements and fault findingMaintenance of Air Handling Units (AHUs)HVAC plant inspections and performance monitoringPump, motor, seal and bearing maintenanceFault diagnosis on heating, cooling and ventilation systemsCarrying out PPMs in line with site schedulesWater treatment tasks including temperature monitoring and flushingMonitoring and responding to BMS alarmsBasic plumbing repairs including taps, valves and sanitary wareGeneral mechanical building services maintenanceLiaising with clients and site management teamsEscorting and overseeing specialist subcontractorsEnsuring all work is completed in line with health and safety proceduresRequirements
