Role:  Mobile Plant Fitter Location: Market Drayton Salary:  £45,000 – £60,000 OTE | Company Van + Fuel Card | Field-Based Role Shift: Mon- Fri – DAYS   Holt Recruitment are working with a leading UK machinery dealership to recruit an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter. If you're a skilled engineer who enjoys working independently and solving technical problems in the field, this is well worth a look.   The Role As a Mobile Plant Fitter you'll be out on the road, maintaining and repairing a wide range of mobile plant equipment at customer sites across your region. No two days are the same and you'll be trusted to manage your own workload to a high standard.   Your day to day will include: - Servicing, maintaining and repairing mobile plant machinery in the field - Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults - Carrying out inspections and planned preventative maintenance - Completing accurate service documentation and job records - Providing professional technical support and advice to customers on site   What We\'re Looking For: - NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plant, HGV, Agricultural Machinery Maintenance or equivalent - Previous experience as a Mobile Plant Fitter or Field Service Engineer - Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability across mechanical and hydraulic systems - Full UK Driving Licence - CSCS card advantageous but not essential   What\'s on Offer: - £45,000 – £60,000 OTE - Company van and fuel card provided - Paid travel time - Enhanced overtime rates - Strong benefits package - Long-term career development with a trusted national employer   Interested?
