A Local Authority in Portsmouth, with a ‘Good’ OFSTED rating, is looking for a Fostering Team Manager within Children’s Social Work to join their team on a locum bases, offering a competitive pay rate of up to £47.50 per hour.

Responsibilities for you as a Fostering Team Manager:

Oversee a team of Social Workers.
Overseeing Foster Carer Recruitment & Attrition
Managing & contributing to Foster Carer & staff training
Supervision and Practice


Requirements of you as a Fostering Team Manager:

A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
A valid Social Work England registration
Significant experience within Fostering and Management
