My client loves people who have come from a wonderful pedigree – you know your job; you know the systems and process, but you have moved into a smaller more entrepreneurial group and really found your feet and thrive in this environment.You will be a dynamic individual who is always looking to better the last week, whether that be in covers, customer experience, team happiness – it has to move forward.The restaurant takes between £80-£100k a week, stable team of 60 and becoming a solid part of the community.The restaurant also has a strong bar element which could be pushed further.The world is your oyster with this role, they promote decision making and entrepreneurial flair – creativity whilst respecting the offer – it’s a dream role right?
Who will you be?
You will understand Mayfair product and service expectations.Have a strong bar background as part of your pedigree but a solid Restaurant Operator in a premium restaurant.Energy and passion – treat this restaurant as its was your own.Commercial and Financial acumenLove to work the floor and inspire your team – personality is a BIG part of this role.Solutions focused - the business are expanding, and this restaurant is their North Star – you will be able to manage this business from a 360 perspective.Immaculate attention to detail.A good human who promotes a great people culture!
