Practice Manager - Early Help and Safeguarding Hub

A Local Authority in Rochdale is looking for a Practice Manager to join in their Early Help and Safeguarding Hub (EHASH) Team.

This is a Locum Social Work role.
The ideal Practice Manager will have knowledge and experience working in a managerial environment.

The key to success in this role is to be able to start a contract confidently without the need for supervision.

Your responsibilities as a Early Help and Safeguarding HUB (EHASH) Practice Manager:

Leadership, motivation, nurturing and management of a Social Work team


Provision of effective practice supervision and performance appraisal of staff.


Ensuring adherence to and implementation of the Quality Assurance Framework


Develop and sustain productive relationships with peers, stakeholders and partners

Requirements of you as a Early Help and Safeguarding HUB (EHASH) Practice Manager:

A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)


A valid Social Work England registration
Experience at a Senior Social Worker or Team Manager level


Location: Greater Manchester, Rochdale
Umbrella pay rate: £45.00 per hour
