NEW ROLE Re-mortgage Team Leader Manchester
A UK leading Conveyancing provider is recruiting for a Re-mortgage Team Leader to join their firm based in Manchester City Centre.
As a Remortgage Team Leader you will manage a caseload while supervising a team of 3 case handlers dealing with General enquiries, conducting periodic meetings, training and guidance with new and existing staff members and motivate staff to meet standards required.
The ideal candidate will have full understanding of the Conveyancing process, have relevant conveyancing case handling and management experience and experience of re-mortgage transactions is essential.
To qualify for this role, you will have Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office, have excellent communication skills, be well-spoken and personable; able to get on with diverse personalities, be reliable and consistent, have a helpful and positive attitude and have a flexible attitude to working practices and demands.
Relevant experience would be an advantage.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday and the company benefits include
