General administrative tasks to keep the company moving forward High accuracy data inputting Resolution of various IT user support issues Send customer feedback surveys and manage the responses Produce any documentation or correspondence to the company standard Achieve individual and team KPIs and SLAs Deal with inbound and outbound calls and other incoming enquiries from customers in a professional manner Accurate information capture to update our claims handling system and third party portals accordingly To undertake any other duties consistent with the role
