Required
BSEE7+ years of MEP design/consulting experienceProven team leadership or management experienceProject management background within the MEP fieldHealthcare building design + HCAI compliance experienceStrong client‑facing energy and communication skillsFull understanding of building codesBroad and deep design systems knowledgePreferred
